Gina M. Wicik earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Touro Law Center in 2015. Before attending law school, she earned a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University, C.W. Post in 2011 and a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University in 2007.
Her academic background in criminal justice, combined with her legal education and practical courtroom experience, provides a strong foundation for representing individuals facing criminal charges, DWI/DUI allegations, and traffic-related matters.

Before becoming an attorney, Gina M. Wicik worked as a certified paralegal in both personal injury and criminal defense law firms, where she developed an early understanding of the legal process and the impact that effective representation can have on a client’s life.
While attending law school, Gina gained experience within the criminal justice system through internships with both the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office and Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. She also interned under an Acting Supreme Court Justice, where she had the opportunity to participate in the early development of the Suffolk County Youth Felony Part.
After becoming an attorney, Gina worked as an associate at a New York City traffic violations law firm, appearing regularly in NYC traffic courts while also handling matters in criminal courts throughout New York State. This experience provided her with practical knowledge of New York’s courts and the procedures involved in criminal defense, DWI/DUI, and traffic violation cases.
Gina later founded The Law Office of Gina M. Wicik, to provide clients with focused, accessible, and aggressive legal representation. She works directly with clients to understand the circumstances of each case, explain their legal options, and develop a defense strategy based on the specific facts and charges involved.
